Two days of on-campus conferring ceremonies made a welcome return this October after being held online last year due to public health constraints. Close on 1,500 students from 28 counties, 18 countries and 4 continents were conferred with academic awards across the College’s 30+ undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Education and the Liberal Arts. One of this number was playwright and award-winning performance poet, Dr Lauren McNamara, who was conferred with PhD in English.
