Dr Loïc Guyon was invited by the Ecole nationale de la Magistrature to give a talk to French magistrates as part of their annual continuous professional development training in Paris on 23 September. The training session was entitled 'La justice dans les tourments de l'histoire : archéologie du terrorisme' and Dr Guyon's talk was on the representation of the revolutionary regicide in 19th-century French literature. Other guests included historian and former minister Jean-Noël Jeanneney and renowned specialist of constitutional law Olivier Beaud.
